    The Rhuys Tome, a culinary tradition of the Rhuys Peninsula. At the cheese farm of Suscinio, we breed cows of "Breton black pie" breed, this little cow "was born on the southern coast of Brittany. It produces a milk rich in fat and very unctuous.
